I visited this salon after receiving their promotional texts regarding new management and a service discount. While the nail technicians’ skill level was outstanding, the overall experience was highly negative due to significant operational and communication failures. Second time back since new management. I’ve found my dream team. Nina and Hue did me right. Eyebrows, dipped mani, gel pedi. Stop by and give them a try!💖
Front desk person is so cold, never broke a smile whole time there. Customer service is by far lacking, nails are about a 4 out of 10. Pedi was decent but ladies doing my nails talked the whole time I was getting pedi and nails done. I like to go to relax. I will not go back.
