Kelly Knuerr, a hair stylist near me, in Upcountry, Haiku at Polished Salon, took time to discuss my long haircut and natural highlights. Kelly explained what would work best for my hair and delivered. She is truly overqualified, an absolute gem.i wanted long haircut, long bangs, highlights, color.

I came in needing a fix from my previous cut and Cinnamon did a wonderful job! She was detail oriented in her consultation and cut! She blended my bangs + face frame into my layers and it looks 10x better! (I have thick wavy hair) I also enjoyed our conversation, she's personable and easy to talk to. 🌞 Mahalo, Cinnamon! 🫶

While I have yet to take advantage of all their services, I did get the best hair cut I've have ever experienced there, an I've had too many in my life to count. The first indication that this place was different was my stylist Cinnamon actually listened to me. After my first cut(post pandemic) l left an went back to work. I immediately was receiving compliments, from a number of women, and men. This continued with perfect strangers, siof course, I have referred them. Courtney, the owner, is so detailed and quality on both mani and pedi that you'd better allow 2+ hours total.. And you can't touch this quality of service anywhere at this price. The convenience of Ha'iku was fab. Highly recommend her and her services.
