The ones that gave low ratings r 100% legit. I recommend to anyone go somewhere that's actually polished bc this ain't it. the ones ADMITTINGLY whispering, starring me down, snickering, and making faces as I was speaking to my stylist and getting my hair done is NOT positive no matter how u twist it.
