Very friendly and professional group of ladies! It’s always very pleasant and smooth going when I have an appointment which is not the norm when going to the dentist. Job well done, ladies!!
I had a Veneer come out and when I went to the office to have it reattached…Dr Robbin’s graciously saw me immediately and didn’t charge me! I am so grateful!
The communication from this office was unclear and disappointing. When the receptionist called to discuss insurance coverage, I expected a straightforward conversation about costs. Instead, I was given vague information about "other things" being out-of-pocket. When I asked for clarification on the appointment structure and ability to decline additional services, I was abruptly told I wasn't "a good fit" for the practice.
