The atmosphere and the time you are given is unbelievable.
Experienced my first (and definitely NOT my last) facial with Alicia Darling-Yu!!! Not only was it amazing, relaxing, and refreshing, but Alicia has expansive knowledge about the products used and what would best benefit your skin type. She is courteous, punctual, professional, and personable (as was EVERYONE at Polished!!!). Alicia also offers other services, including waxing --I would highly recommend her for ANY service offered by her. I've always been more than satisfied with the services I've received from Alicia!
Polished is the best hair salon in this area. The atmosphere is friendly, the decor is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly skilled at what they do. Leigh has never done me wrong; my hair always looks fabulous when she's done. It also looks and feels healthy, despite all I put it through, and I credit Leigh with keeping it healthy. I highly recommend Polished to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant hair styling experience.
