We have used Polished Diamonds many times over the years and have had seven rings either supplied or modified through them, some of which include diamonds. Overall the workmanship and quality has been excellent, and Bernadette has always been wonderful to deal with. However, our most recent experience was very disappointing. We left three rings to be resized and were told by Bernadette that they would be ready by the end of the following week. I highly recommend polished Diamonds the hole experience of getting my ring was amazing they really go out of there way to make it special
Beautiful polishing job on my wedding and engagement rings, I swear it’s shinier than when it was new! My wedding band had deep scratches from scrambling up a boulder screw slope so I’m really I’m really impressed they could get it looking flawless without impacting the engraving on the outer. Also tightened the stone on my engagement and it’s sitting snug. I asked if they could do it quickly as I’m moving and they delivered. Thank you so much team!
Great team and service at polished diamonds, highly recommend! Friendly staff and I love how the team uses the CAD software to 3D print our designed ring first, so i see how it looks before making our final decision. I got my ring end of 2024 and i still can't stop looking at it! We still got our 3D printed ring as a memory! Thanks Polished Diamonds 😊.
