Worst experience ever! We booked a consultation with Nick, but on the day, we were attended to by an Asian lady who clearly had no idea what she was doing. She attempted to design the ring, then gave up, saying, “I don’t know how this works.” To make matters worse, she suggested we “just go online, look at the designs, and place the order there.” She didn’t even bother to size our rings. Finally, we were told Nick would follow up with us, that never happened.
What a great experience from Polished Diamonds! It is as if I am reliving the joyful the moments when I received them the first time. Super special.

First heard of Polished Diamonds on The Rock Radio. The way i heard Nick talk about the care and love put into each ring I knew I wanted my engagement ring made by him. I no longer live in nz but that didn't matter, I was getting it made there and flew over to collect it. The ring was perfect and fit my fiancé on the first go. Both me and my fiancé have agreed all future jewellery will be brought from polished diamonds. We've had nothing but bad luck or bad service with big chain jewellery shops in Australia
