This place has such a calming environment, Laticia was able to take me in last minute for a wax appointment which I appreciate so much! Felt very taken care of. Thank you!

I've been to Polished Day spa for waxing services with Laticia and the experience is always amazing! Her technique is flawless and there's always minimal pain. I've moved to Grimsby and still make the trip, becuase she's that great! Would 100% reccomended!

This beautiful spa was much needed in South Etobicoke. I had a facial and it was one of the best I have had. Laticia is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time. My skin looks and feels fabulous! Definitely going to be my go-to now. - Sara
