I have been in business since 1995 and have dealt with many suppliers. Meghan is one of the best she knows her product lines and what you need to get the job done. I have had two warranty issues with my equipment and she got me replacement parts in a timely manner. I have never had any regrets dealing with Polished Concrete Solutions.
Best company to deal with!
When I received my vacuum and grinder (8000+) they both were dented and they told me that they would handle the insurance claim, which I let them and it took over 4 months with constant phone calls, to receive a store credit which didnt amount to the money of even shipping. I also ordered a hose which was over 200 and they send completely wrong stuff. I will never do business with this company again there is alot better ones out there.
