We have used Polished and Clean for like 2 years now for our airbnb. Sandra and her team are always on top of things. They do a great job and I would highly recommend.
Scheduled a date/time for someone to come to my house to provide a cleaning quote and the individual never showed up. Poor customer service.
I have used Polished and Clean for our Airbnb for almost 1 year now. This cleaning company is amazing! The work is always high quality, our reviews are always great from guests regarding cleanliness, and they are very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them for any short term rentals, and I will continue to use them as I expand my own!
I used to work with Yelena years ago, and her expertise in customer service and cleaning are second to none. Always detailed and always smiling. I usually clean myself, but do to an untimely injury, I needed help. That's when I decided to use her cleaning service which helped me and it supported her business as well as give an honest review.
