I can’t comment on their work but I can tell you the google website is not accurate. It states they accept walk-ins but when you arrive there are two signs that say by appointment only and we went in an indeed it is by appointment only. The individual was very polite and apologetic and the salon is very cute and relaxing. I am leaving the area tomorrow but will certainly schedule services next time I’m in town.

$50 for a 15 minute pedicure. Person just went thru the motions. No nail polish, so I inquired about a discount. Only $5 taken off even though we know that 1/2 the labor is on the polishing. When I said $50 was steep for a 15 mins service, she said it was a 30 mins pedicure, but this wasn’t completely untrue based on the clock on the walk. Was intending to buy a gift certificate for my spouse at checkout, but I decided against it.

Ming has been doing my nails for over a decade now! I don't feel like myself unless I see her every two weeks! I do have to book out a while to make sure I get a spot when I need it, but I'm happy to do that. Amazing results and such a wonderful person is worth it! She trains everyone at the salon to be awesome, as well. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Polished!

absolutely in love with them! and will definitely be returning 😍😍 it’s been a long time since i’ve been so happy with some acrylics like i am with these!!
