Left a message on the salon phone more than (2) days ago about some problems I had with a service I received for the shop owner and STILL haven’t received a call back. According to other reviews they always make these things right but I haven’t witnessed it. Will definitely take my genorosity to businesses that take responsibility for their actions, and make more of an effort to make things right.
