Used to go there but after the last three times of making appointments, having to wait very long times for the person, not being greeted by the ride lady who works the door at the desk. I no longer will go there. The place has terrible customer service beyond words. Wish it was like it used to be in Del Rey Oaks but it isn’t at all really bad and they don’t care at all. Stay away from this place.

I got a basic mani pedi yesterday for the 2nd time and am consistently very happy with their work. They also get me in and out quickly without compromising quality at all. I plan to continue coming here and look forward to my next appointment! :)

Nancy did an awesome job on my full set today, I definitely recommend her. The salon had nice music playing and the chairs were really comfy. There are two TVs to entertain you and it fostered a relaxing environment although the walls aren’t well decorated. The only negative to my first experience is that the price was unexpected and unclear, I was charged 72$ for this set which is far more expensive than I’ve spent before at other salons, so I probably will not be back for that reason.
