Super friendly staff! Loved the atmosphere in here. Been to a lot of different nail salons but this one will be my regular from now on. Can’t recommend this business enough!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this nail spa. I had my nails done for an important event, but less than a day later the nail polish started peeling off and several nails broke. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this salon. I first visited a few years ago and had a bad experience, so I decided to give them another chance. BEWARE!! My wife and our 7-year-old daughter recently visited this salon for a mani-pedi. The total came to $180 before tip, which is already very expensive. Our daughter’s service was finished in about 15 some minutes, yet we still paid the full pricing. Despite that, my wife tipped about 18%, which is a very reasonable tip, especially given the high prices. Fantastic attention to detail, first-timer experience, and facility. Despite the other reviews, Samantha gave me the BEST massage for my gel spa pedicure. No issues at all. Love this spot and will be my new local salon. They even have a kids’ chair!
This place is convenient because it’s close to me, but I’m honestly rarely happy with the service. This time one nail looked uneven, so I politely asked for it to be fixed. The nail tech seemed rushed and annoyed, like she was doing me a favor, and unfortunately the nail ended up looking worse and uneven compared to the others. I just wish they paid more attention to quality and customer care.
