Great customer service. Gina is my favorite nail specialist. She is does a fantastic job, is sweet, thorough, prompt & very kind.
I want to start this off by saying I NEVER post reviews so this speaks volumes, but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon by far. When I went in for my appointment, it seemed pretty slow so I never expected to feel rushed, but that’s exactly what it ended up being. I had to coach the guy on multiple things he missed during my pedicure that I was so exhausted by the time he got to my manicure which was done in the pedicure chair (extremely uncomfortable, as I’m 5 months pregnant).
