If I could give this zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. The technician spent 15 minutes cleaning the sofa and there's no difference in the before and after. Several noticeable stains still visible. I was quoted for $150 and when the technician arrived, quoted me $375 for full shampoo. I went ahead with the service, and the results are basically unnoticeable. When I called to inquire, the manager was dismissive and unapologetic. Do not use this service.
The upholstery looks incredible—such careful, detailed work.
Mattress cleaning left my bed fresh and spotless. Great service.
The cleaner removed tough stains from my sofa. Very impressed.
Carpet cleaning was fast, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend.
