The staff Angelika were very patient, professional, and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The interest rates were also very competitive compared to other banks I looked into.

The worst thing for me is always to go do any transactions in polish bank in boro park. Why those polish (customer service ladies) have to be so unpleasant. For your information you are not doing me a favor by providing what suppose to be professional and pleasant service. I don't owe you anything and I do not have to bow to you.
