Car went in for headlight restoration, and came out looking almost brand new! Communication: instructions for vehicle drop off was very clear and the team member that was present was very easy to talk to! Appreciated the booking reminder through both email and sms that I received a day before too! Results: very satisfied Price: very fair

I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience. Firstly, I’m grateful that he agreed to take on the sanding work after my ute had been resprayed, and I appreciated him taking the job on. I personally painted the ute myself before taking it to him and pointed out the areas that I knew had imperfections and needed attention (slight runs). The bonnet was not one of those areas. Booked twice with Polish & Shine Warrnambool and both bookings were not completed. One appointment they weren’t open, the other my car was held all day and never cleaned. A promised refund was never provided. When followed up, the owner sent an unprofessional text blaming personal issues instead of resolving the problem. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
