Booked twice with Polish & Shine Warrnambool and both bookings were not completed. One appointment they weren’t open, the other my car was held all day and never cleaned. A promised refund was never provided. When followed up, the owner sent an unprofessional text blaming personal issues instead of resolving the problem. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
If I could of given Polish n Shine a 10 star I would of. I had my van fully detailed inside and out and also had my mags polished and brake calipers re sprayed. The van has come up brand new and looks epic. Fantastic job a very satisfied customer here.
Booked in for 10am and the owner never showed up, waited 30 minutes and tried to call multiple times to no answer.
