Polish Envy is the best spot in Anthem. I have been going here for a couple years now, and Amy is second to none! She is the only nail technician I have ever requested on a consistent basis. I see her about once a month for my dip manicure and I always get compliments in between visits. My nails never break! The salon is clean and quiet. The staff is polite and professional. I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the service felt unprofessional, and I left feeling uncomfortable. Amy did my nails, and while I understand that preferences can vary, I felt she was dismissive when I expressed that I didn’t like the nail color after being asked for feedback. Her demeanor came across as rude and impatient, which made the experience unpleasant.
