I got my pedicure, a two for one experience. Vicki did my toes, with an amazing masseges I fell asleep. This place is very warmth and relax. No TV, just light music. Staffs really do tends to your needs. Believe me I have very very bad toes. Vicki took care of me, and I came out with happy feet. This my place for almost 3 years love it
I strongly recommend this place to anyone who loves to get pedicures. They do the best job with all the talent they have. I am so happy that they introduce me to "Gel Powder" because it is much faster than "Gel". I also love how the employees are very professional and makes me feel welcome at all times.
I've been going to Polished since right after they opened in June 2012. Gel nails are really time consuming- but that is because of all of the work that goes into them. I've never been disappointed in nails or pedicures. Yvonne and her staff are always pleasant, helpful and looking to make each customer happy. I have recommended many acquaintances and they have all been happy!! Great business !!
This nail salon and spa is the best I've found in the Windham, Conn., area. The salon itself is very nice and soothing on the inside, but the people that work there are wonderful! Unlike some salons I've been to where it feels like a cattle call and you're just one of many customers, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, polite and pleasant. I went to polished for the first time today and was extremely happy. The women were extremely friendly and cordial. They knew I was pressed for time so they gave me a manicure while I was getting my pedicure. The massage I got during the pedicure was the longest and most satisfying massage I've ever had. They exfoliated and scrubbed, then gave me a hot stone massage. After that they put my feet in hot wax. When I walked out I felt amazing. The prices are a bit high, but its totally worth it. I highly recommend polished!
Beautiful place and staff is nice however Thsy told me they were giving me "gel powder" and it was 55 for a full set. I do my own nails normally and had never heard of gel powder.after research there is no such thing It s acrylic with glitter. At double the price with half the work. Also asked for a basic pedi. They upgraded with out asking me and made me pay for it. There from the city thinking we are dumb. Don't let them play you too.
