I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially because I’ve had a good experience here before with Lena, but this situation was handled so poorly that I feel I need to be honest. I had an appointment with Lena scheduled for the 12th, but I needed my nails done earlier for a big event. I called to see if she had availability on the 11th.
