I was honestly quite disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The service felt rushed and not very attentive. They didn’t properly remove the cuticles on my fingers, which made the overall result look unfinished from the start. When filing and shaping my nails, the technician was very rough — it was actually painful at times. I expect some pressure, but this felt unnecessarily aggressive. I’ve been getting my nails done at polish for over a year now, the girls always make sure my nails always come out perfect so neat, strong, and exactly what I ask for every time. My brows have never looked better either, they shape them so well and it makes such a difference to my face. The girls always make the whole experience even better. Owner’s attitude was totally not interested and it showed when having a face waxed and eyebrows done..Rushed and literally ripped and teared through my face like she had an shitty day…I left with a red face like I have never ever had before and very irritated obviously from the hotter than normal hot wax added with the rip and tear from the agitation of the owner… The wax was hotter than ever before so maybe should check the thermostat as it could be wrong….
Best service around. Great bunch of ladies also. Nothing is too hard
