I was honestly quite disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The service felt rushed and not very attentive. They didn’t properly remove the cuticles on my fingers, which made the overall result look unfinished from the start. When filing and shaping my nails, the technician was very rough — it was actually painful at times. I expect some pressure, but this felt unnecessarily aggressive. I’ve been getting my nails done at polish for over a year now, the girls always make sure my nails always come out perfect so neat, strong, and exactly what I ask for every time. My brows have never looked better either, they shape them so well and it makes such a difference to my face. The girls always make the whole experience even better.
