Joe is my doctor he's great!
Dr. Patricia Poling is hands down the best primary care doctor I have ever had. It is not easy to get in to see her because she is always fully committed, because she is amazing. It is worth adding your name to a wait list if they offer that option.
I have tried 3 times to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was very rude and each time told me to call back in a month, I did and still was brushed off. Not the way a professional should be treating another human being. They might be considered good doctors but the way the customer is treated is not at all professional and they show they do not have any compassion for their patients or even new patients. Don’t waste your time there are other good doctors out there.
Difficult to communicate with. Lab test Thursday not results Friday after noon. Now closed for weekend. Maybe I need some meds? Antibiotics?
