I have tried 3 times to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist was very rude and each time told me to call back in a month, I did and still was brushed off. Not the way a professional should be treating another human being. They might be considered good doctors but the way the customer is treated is not at all professional and they show they do not have any compassion for their patients or even new patients. Don’t waste your time there are other good doctors out there.

Difficult to communicate with. Lab test Thursday not results Friday after noon. Now closed for weekend. Maybe I need some meds? Antibiotics?

If you like being treated sternly, like a child, this is the place for you. New patients not showing up 30 minutes prior with their paperwork already filled out will be sent home. "It's the principle of the matter, right? You should have been here 30 minutes early. Too bad if you took time off work and made the trek, we don't mind eating the unused appt."
