Our parcel delivery experience was very rocky, but the customer service was beyond all expectations! When the parcel kept getting sent back (multiple times), the Polimex team, and especially our agent Natalia, did not give up. They kept on persistently advocating for the parcel to be redirected to the right route and paid for the shipping every time, which we really appreciated! They’re a joke company totally unprofessional — they stopped responding to my emails and calls two weeks before my flight, after I had already sent them my sensitive information. Completely unacceptable.

Od wielu lat wysyłam paczki do Polski przez firmę POLIMEX. Super serwis, zawsze dotrzymane terminy, nigdy nie było problemu z dostarczeniem paczek do odbiorców - jednym słowem profesjonalizm. W listopadzie tego roku wysłałam dwie paczki świąteczne drogą morską, kilka dni później ogłoszono strajk w montrealskim porcie i istniała możliwość, że kontenery z paczkami do Polski nie dotrą na czas.
