We had a wonderful experience purchasing several large pieces from Poliform for our new home. Audrey helped build our dream furniture and she was incredibly friendly and accommodating every step of the way. I highly recommend their furniture and services as I could feel they truly stand behind the quality of their products.

It was a pleasure to shop at poliform, especially thank you to Audrey who spent time and went through furniture I’m interested in ordering. I partially like orange Hermes pouf that becomes part of my bedroom collection 😊
this shop sold broken sofa to customer, tried to take advantage of customer. They didn’t check condition with customer before packing on purpose. This shop keeps asking customer to delete the reviews and blame others. The sales person who called Audrey was very unprofessional while selling the sofa to customer. She knew the customer was oversea when she packed sofa and delivered it. She can video talk to customer or take pictures of every piece of the sofa to customer but she didn’t anything.
