I got Super Surplus Gold policy back in 2021 for my parents. I have been renewing it for last 5 years with no lapse. My dad is going through Cancer treatment for last 2 months and all my claims are being rejected by star health with invalid reasons. Even after providing settlement letters from base policy TPA claims are delayed over 40 days and then rejected with vague reasons!! . This feels like scam to me honestly. I would Policy X representative to reach out to me regarding my policy and help me settle outstanding claims ... read more
Waste of service after sales pls don't buy from them I face many problem, no reply after sales, at the time of buying they are helpfull and after sales if you need any service the call after hours. So pls don't take any policy from them
