I had a very disappointing experience with PolicyX. At the time of purchasing the policy, I was informed only about the waiting periods for cataract, hernia, and piles. Nobody informed me that appendicitis/appendix surgery would also have a 24-month waiting period. When my family member underwent surgery and I submitted the claim, it was rejected on that basis. Website don't open most of the times and poor customer service.
Very polite and patient staff. All queries addressed properly and chasing claim and cashless with Insurance company very good. Overall, very pleasant experience
