I m not very fond of Policy x s service however have to say they have a some good staff in the reminder department. One I can speak about is Pradeep Pawar who called me to remind about the renewal and even though I told him no with reasonable explanation he went beyond the regular service to understand my plight and speak to the insurance company regarding my complaints.
