Totally regret working with them.
Poor experience. The upfront brokerage was mediocre at best. Found no options that I was not already aware of and ended up a bait and switch. I doubt the person was licensed. After sales service is non-existent, If have not found a way to actually get a response. Avoid at all costs.
This is most market affordable and recession proof insurance available in my view in America right now.
I requested a quote last night and this morning upon starting work, I received a phone call that I was not able to answer. No voicemail was left but about 5 minutes later, the same number called. Do not spam call me if I do not answer, leave a message like an adult. I've blocked the number and will not be doing business with them.
I am a customer and these folks have not returned my request for support with my policies for 3 months straight. I've never seen such unresponsiveness from an insurance agent. I've submitted request via email and their portal chat option. This is the second time they've just pretended I didn't exist in the last two years. I'm over it, do not use these people. They have no service after the sale.
