I had a good experience here. I recently moved back to PR and do not have insurance. It is a clinic that focuses on taking care of urgent situations without the urgent care or emergency room prices. The staff was cordial and I was helped. Expect a wait as you would at any other urgent care or clinic where you show up without an appointment. I saw Dr. Pou and felt listened to. These other reviews aren't accurate! DO NOT COME HERE!!! We walked in and the sloth behind the counter gave serious attitude major unwillingness to help. Rolled her eyes when we said Blue Cross Blue Sheild. My 87 yr old mom has a stomach virus and needs to be seen ASAP. We were looking at an hour wait. Left and went to "real" hospital
