I have been a patient for over 20 years and the service has gotten progressively worse. Today i trusted the person I spoke with to call my prescription in and I specifically asked if I should call her back and she clearly stated she would call me and she did not! I called Walgreens to confirm and she didn’t call me prescriptions in. I have sciatica and am in a lot of pain and I have no idea when I will get my medicine. This is horrible service.
Great Doctor and staff
For more than 24 hours I waited for my medicine to be called in to be picked up. It still haven't been called in. I don't understand. Why this office is so un organized.
Even though I have to wait a little longer at times the care I received from so impeccable. The staff is always on pleasant and shows that the really care. I'm have been a patient with this doctor office for over 10 years now and I don't have no thoughts on leaving this clinic. The best advice is to have patience and bring a snacks in just in case.
This is probably the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. The płace is dirty and run down, the doctor who also is Indian movie actor doesn’t listen and only tries to send you to the bunch of unnecessary tests just to bill your insurance. The communication is just horrible, the office was supposed to schedule the spinal tap for me, 3 months and a few phone calls later still nothing so I just found another doctor whose office is in that area also but he really listens to you and tries to find the best solutions to help.
