Good luck with PFIA. They sell cancer insurance and tell you that if you get diagnosed with cancer besides skin cancer, they will pay you what's promised. Years after buying it, I was diagnosed with liver cancer and got the run around and they would not pay. Reason was if a lay person think you can get cancer, you won't be eligible to be paid. Place is terrible, iv had this insurance for 5 years. Never filed a claim. Once I got injured they said that I did not have a legit injury when the mri and the x-rays and the mri prove it along with my DOCTOR. They denied my claim three times. Their customer service is outdated and service is terrible do not sign up for this scam

I have been a member for several years. This is my first time being hurt and attempting to use it. The experience is beyond horrible and I keep getting excuses that my documentation from the doctor is not correct for me to receive payment. I never believed that I would receive such treatment from this organization.

After having this insurance for years and never using it money got tight tried to call and cancel at the beginning of the month. Was told I had to send in a request they pulled the money out of my account the next day. Instead of holding off for a day until my request was received. I guess they are like every other money hungry company. They say they care I never received the care
