They gave me a car with squeaky breaks then waited until my 3 month 3,000km warranty ended to call me back saying “they were on vacation” and wanted me to pay over $400, they didn’t honour the warranty in my contract, I spent over 40 grand cash to be treated like some bum, don’t buy from these guys please they are all a bunch of scam artists go somewhere else
Jon Michael was awesome. Just picked a new 2024 Acura RDX A-Spec, Jon Michael was very courteous, helpful and professional. Policara Acura Brampton was a very nice experience, everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and engaging. Overall experience was exactly what a customer wants, but does not always get. On February 6th , I arrived to pick up my vehicle after a substantial amount of repair, amounting to 7k+, to make this payment I had a cheque certified from my bank and I was extremely disappointed that my method of payment although listed on the invoice as an acceptable payment was denied I spoke to the operations manager LEO TANTALO and no effort was made to explain why, this acceptable payment method policy was changed as a young black male entered the dealership.
