I had significant issues with my 2009 BMW 750Li when the coolant pump failed, which—as is often the case with these complex machines—triggered a cascade of other problems. I worked with Service Advisor Raj Hunjan, who was incredibly helpful in coordinating all the necessary repairs and replacements. While the final bill was steep, I am confident that a non-BMW service center would not have been able to properly diagnose or resolve these interconnected issues.
