I really wanted to call out the exceptional customer service I recently received at Policaro BMW. The service Advisor Rajinder Hunjan was very helpful and diligent in helping me manage through a complex issue with my AC and ventilation unit. He went the extra mile to ensure the warranty work was completed and kept me well informed along the way. “I recently took my car in for a basic service and was very satisfied with the experience. My service advisor Navpreet Dhillon was a professional, the service was completed on time, and she explained everything clearly. The car feels smooth to drive, and I appreciate the attention to detail. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance.” I’m very lucky at this dealership in regards service but not in the sales. I’ll be more detailed in my next review regarding the sales specially used car sales from the same dealership.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Policaro BMW in Brampton, and I would strongly warn anyone against going there. The main culprits were Kawal and Sorabh. Kawal was blatantly dishonest and arrogant. I had a scheduled appointment to come in and make payment for a car, and just two hours before my appointment he suddenly told me the car was “not available.” Mind you, we had been chatting for days about what I needed to bring to finalize the purchase, and not once did he mention that the car wasn’t there.
