I recently went into their service department for a burnt out turning signal bulb. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock but were able to order it in. Samson Lopez, their service manager told me to come in that Saturday and that he'd fit me in. He did exactly that and even gave me a brake on the labor price of installing it. I was so grateful since we were going out of town that afternoon and didn't feel comfortable doing highway driving without a working back signal light.
