DO NOT HIRE this firm. Jonathan Yellin iwas the attorney representing Condo HOA. (See attached pictures) He was in the Florida Sun sentinel and lost every case for Hiding the community records. One of the attorneys in this firm told the owners in our association that it was "his opinion" that there was a reason to cancel a roofing contract with no backup plan. If he really thought this, he is not very smart unless his plan was to collect crazy legal fees. The community got sued because of the decision, our board president was sued, and there is a class action lawsuit brewing.
