I would never recommend hiring John Poley as an attorney, unless you wish to throw your money away. I took my son there for representation for a pre-trial and the main thing he was concerned about was getting $1500 right away. Then he did not want to hear anything about my son's case and wanted to go to the pre-trial without knowing ANYTHING about what had happened.
