Aug 2026 update: after many calls, I was able to get my routine service booked, no loaner, I have to wait. Kent and James made our Polestar 4 purchase experience seamless and informative. They were patient with questions, quick to respond, eager to cater to our needs, and were fair partners to trade in with. Even after the sale, conversations with them are just as they were leading up to the transaction - that says a lot about who they are. I couldn’t recommend them more.
