Aug 2026 update: after many calls, I was able to get my routine service booked, no loaner, I have to wait. I feel a luxury car brand should have easy scheduling of service and also easy access to a loaner July 2026 updated review: almost impossible to schedule service, old school phone calls and phone tag, why can’t we text?
