The Polestar 2 is great. An issue with registration has been ongoing but is now being worked on. Communication could be improved but thankful to be connected to the right person who has been responsive. This review will be updated pending resolution. *Update. Polestar followed through and corrected the registration for me. Hopefully Polestar ironed out the kinks as they moved locations and set up their new team and showroom.
Don’t do it. Any problems? You will have a terrible time trying to get resolution. GM is rude, sarcastic and useless.
Polestar purchased: two months without paying off my trade in. I had to make 3 payments so far on a car they sold. They told me to drive an unregistered car that almost resulted me in getting towed by the police. Polestar manager and staff never get back with any updates have to email them constantly trying to resolve any issue. Update: once they paid it off… they gave less than the contract. No response from the dealership as of yet.

Excellent customer service and overall very friendly staff (both Amanda and Corey were great!). Very easy to do business with in terms of handing in my old car and getting into my new one. I will definitely come back for future car purchases!
