Had my car in the service area for over 1.5 months. They literally worked on it for maybe three days out of that time period. Even then, after going through all the issues with the service advisor, they STILL DIDN'T fix things properly and claimed it wasn't on the ticket. The lack of professionalism for a company that sells $55k+ vehicles is at another level.
Very easy to book a test drive, very friendly and responsive staff. Not typical “salesperson vibes” at all. Andreas was super knowledgeable and helpful. Polestar is an impressive vehicle and brand - and once they sell more of them I know they’ll streamline their purchase and vehicle delivery process which seeks to be super modern and efficient with online configuration, application, and delivery updates, etc. But they always responded to text and phone inquiries too. Very customer-focused.
Picked up my new Polestar at South Coast Plaza and had a great experience! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to walk me through all the features — couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Thanks Jeff and Mauricio!
Although the initial process of getting in contact with Polestar service was difficult, everything went exceptionally smoothly once we were able to schedule the appointment. Gio was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed our concerns methodically, taking time to go over pricing and to explain the work that would be done before proceeding.
