Dhruv was extraordinary. He went above and beyond what was expected and more. Astonishingly best service experience I ever had. He even waited for me after closing to make sure my car was safe to travel the distance. Superstar, I would send all my cars to him
Wonderful service by the friendly Volvo and Polestar team! Special mentions to Dhruv who coordinated the service and provides great customer service; Dari who drives me to and from the service centre, and Andrew who came to the car and quickly diagnosed the issue with my car.
