Recently purchased a CPO Polestar2 from Robbie who was helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout my purchase. Robbie went out of his way to find the exact PS2 I wanted. The entire Polestar Scottsdale team was great to work with and made the purchase process far easier than other dealers. Very happy with my new car and hope to buy from Polestar Scottsdale again when the need arises.
I would like to thank Steve and Robbie for a very pleasant experience at the Scottsdale store. I was making the leap the into EV’s and needed education and patience. If you are looking for an EV SUV and are also needing to learn like I did give the Polestar 3 and Steve and Robbie a chance to help you.
I really try to avoid writing bad reviews, but my car buying experience was far from smooth. Beware, you’re not buying from Polestar directly. This is a store owned by a local dealership (Courtesy automotive) with the typical dealership add ons and sleazy practices.
What a phenomenal experience! I just purchased my Polestar 3 today and I have been impressed with every step of the process. Robert (Robbie) was my go to guy and he kept me informed with the steps necessary pre purchase and day of taught me everything I needed to know about my vehicle. Shout out to Steve the manager as well, he made the process simple with all the contracts and trade in details.
