Absolutely amazing and comfortable buying experience. Stefano and Oscar went above and beyond making sure the transition was as smooth as possible. They were also always at the ready for answers to any questions I had. The night before the trade-in, I got a sizable chip on my windshield owing to California roads, and they still didn’t deduct anything from my trade-in. Definitely recommend working with them at this dealership. And of-course, the car is amazing. So positives all around!
Our experience at the Polestar San Jose was really great! Our Polestar Specialist was Joshua Gamurot and he was able to answer our questions before, during, and after our test drive. We just purchased our second vehicle from Polestar San Jose. Many thanks to our sales rep, Stefano, for not only making our purchase process go smoothly, but also for quickly tracking down a replacement vehicle in inventory when delivery of the one we put a deposit on was delayed. I am loving the upgrade to the P3!
Our experience with Polestar was fantastic! Initially, we were hesitant to make the switch since we had been long-time Tesla owners. However, Oscar was patient and thoroughly explained all the features, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. He also went above and beyond during the delivery process by personally delivering the keys while we were running errands! 🙌🏾 If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and visit Oscar!!
I got interested in Polestar as one of the few EV companies that did OTA software updates, so we decided to take a test drive of a Polestar 3 to check out the latest technology. Taylor Mecham helped us with the test drive and then worked with us to handle the leasing process.
