I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Polestar and everything went smoothly. I worked with Taylor and he was super responsive to both emails and texts and I definitely felt taken care of throughout the whole process. Caution purchasing a Polestar in San Jose area! I am leasing a 2024 Polestar 2. The vehicle is nice, the sales people were nice - but getting service is nearly impossible. My car is not receiving online updates anymore which has led to connectivity issues. I have tried customer service to get help. After trying to troubleshoot over the phone they recommended to schedule to car at the service location (Volvo Palo Alto). The soonest appointment is in October ( it is currently June!). We've had an unusual Polestar history spanning years, yet Matthew and Taylor have been with us every step of the way. We initially leased a 2022 Polestar 2 with Matthew—and had a great experience. When the lease was coming up, we put a deposit down for a Polestar 4 with Taylor. However, the 4 was delayed. We extended our lease. The 4 was delayed further. Kristian and Oscar helped me out with my Polestar 3. Test drove the car with Kristian and he was very helpful with showing all the car’s features. Was very helpful with getting all the online processing and keeping in touch with when the car was ready for delivery. Never felt any pushiness and was a great experience. Oscar helped with the paperwork and was quick and easy.
Kristian was fantastic when it came to assisting us with our Polestar purchase. Very professional, highly communicative, and a pleasure to work with.
