Had a great experience purchasing our Polestar 3 at Polestar Princeton. Not only were the staff extremely knowledgeable, but they bring a level of customer service that you expect from a luxury brand. Alessandro was available and responsive with all questions and follow ups throughout our delivery process and made it seamless.

Very relaxed & pleasant experience. Alessandro was a pleasure to deal with and the process was very straightforward... so much so that I kept waiting for some 'gotcha' to arise, but nothing. I even forgot to check Costco for membership benefits and they were applied later when I sent over the details. My husband has dealt with Volvo Princeton before and we have found them to be very fair and accommodating, yet my expectations were exceeded. Love the car!
