Can't say enough of my experience with the Team at Polestar Princeton! Alessandro Pirovano was by far the best sells person I have ever worked on a car purchase. Honest, quick, respectful of time and guided me to the right vehicle to purchase based on my needs and budget with no upselling. The whole process from purchase to taking delivery was spot on and seamless. Also, shout out to "Z" who spent two hours with me and my wife going through every feature of the vehicle at our pace. So excited to own a Polestar 2!
I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Polestar Princeton. I test drove the Polestar 3 with Jabree, who was fantastic! He ensured I had all the settings in the vehicle adjusted prior to the test drive (surprising how many places don't go over this). I just leased a Polestar 3 from Polestar Princeton and have nothing but praise for the team there. Alessandro and Haley helped me understand the options and the cars and then offered me very competitive pricing on a 39-month lease. Everyone there was reliable, helpful, and informative, but without applying any pressure tactics. They clearly believe in their product and think it will sell itself (it did for me!).
