Amazing experience with Alessandro at Polestar Princeton. Only intended on taking a test drive and walked out buying a car. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the car. He spent a lot of time showing the functionality of car before we even left the lot. He shared all the options but I never felt pressured to make any decisions. Would highly recommend the brand and the dealership!!!
A great experience buying used (CPO) with Alessandro at Polestar. A breath of fresh air in the used market. Happy to answer any and all questions (of which I had a lot, being my first EV). Discussed what incentives may be available. Provided an out the door quote that did not change after the fact. Allowed me to test drive on my own. No hidden fees.
