I purchased a used 2 back in july 2024. Multiple times through the process by multiple people i was promised they would report the sale to the irs so i could claim the 4000$ used ev tax credit. Come tax season i find out this never happened and there was nothing they could do because there was a 3 day deadline reporting the sale. Stopped in with a friend of mine to check out the polestar 3 and Alan who greeted us and showed us around including setting us up for the test drive was amazing! She really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The dealership had a welcoming vibe and I never felt pressured. Highly recommend checking them out, and definitely ask for Haley if you go!
Hailey and Alessandro were both exceptionally polite and helpful and the price of the car was beyond reasonable. After a bad experience with prestige Volvo this was a breathe of fresh air.
