I had a great experience with Polestar! Ryan was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Spoke to both Christian and David before making the 1.5hr drive here. I called twice confirm the $15k incentive was NOT included in the price online. They confirmed the it is not and that it would be even lower after applying the incentive. I called again just to make sure and they confirmed again. Today I go in and I was told it’s already included so I shouldn’t see the additional savings they confirmed on the phone. Waste of time. They say things just to get you to come in.
Where do I begin with my experience? The Polestar King of Prussia team has gone above an beyond with the purchase of my new Polestar 3. I appreciate Sam working the numbers and assuring me that switching from my previous EV would be a breeze. David, my sales guy, for showing me all things Polestar on my test drive and my delivery day. Sam and David have been so friendly and helpful with all P3 questions after the purchase. Anyone on the fence of just walking in and looking around should absolutely do so. They will answer all questions with a smile and there will be no pressure. Definitely a 5 star experience!
Sam and David were wonderful! They are both very knowledgeable on the products and were able to answer any question I threw at them. I will definitely be purchasing a polestar because of them 10/10 would recommend
