Kent and James made our Polestar 4 purchase experience seamless and informative. They were patient with questions, quick to respond, eager to cater to our needs, and were fair partners to trade in with. Even after the sale, conversations with them are just as they were leading up to the transaction - that says a lot about who they are. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Just got our 2nd Polestar. We switched Polestar dealers to New Canaan and Mike & Cameryn were terrific to work with. Update (June 2026): We had an issue with our lease, but James P., the new manager, truly went above and beyond to make things right for us. It’s rare to see that level of care, and it makes us incredibly glad to be part of the Polestar family. Looking forward to working with James for years to come!
These are amazing vehicles. For an electric vehicle these have good range which is probably one of the most important aspects in my opinion. LEVEL 3 charging capable, with the right charger, a full charge takes only a couple hours. These vehicles are in my opinion some of the best designed Electric cars, they're sleek, refined, and luxurious. Definitely worth a test drive if you're considering Electric.
Been following Polestar for a while and finally made it into the New Canaan location. The team was refreshingly low-key — happy to answer questions and talk through the models without any of the typical dealership pressure. The space itself is clean and well done. If you're EV-curious or already in the market, this is worth a stop. Strong recommend.
