We came to the Polestar dealership in Franklin, hoping to get to know our Polestar better . Nicholas Hollingsworth met us at the door, and WOW! He knew everything we would ever need to know about our car, and he whizzed through all the settings and adjustments at an impressive pace. He paired our phones, our keys and our seat settings sand assured us that he would be available for future questions. Drove through Nashville construction traffic on a Friday to have a serious look a purchasing a Polestar. Dealership was not manned. Note on the door to make an appointment. Polestar will be gone soon. Don’t recommend buying one.
