Terrible service, terrible cars. I went to Polestar this morning and had a hard time even getting there. No heating, nothing worked except the car itself. All the windows are frozen inside due to the heating system not working. The service manager who greeted me barely looked me in the eye and was more concerned about the warranty expiring than solving the car's problems. La pire expérience que j'ai eu de ma vie dans un concessionnaire. Et je travail dans un concessionnaire depuis plus de 7ans. 1 semaine pour faire 1 software update qui n'a pas changer grand chose. Devoir harceler par téléphone et chat pour savoir ce qui se passe avec mon véhicule... complètement ridicule. Je vais le ramener a celui de Brossard ou je vais me débarrasser du véhicule avant de devoir retourner la. Sell an "appearance protection package" with a lease and say you "don't have to worry about anything when you return the vehicle" and then sandbag you with the news that you have to file a claim within 30 days of the damage occurring and refuse to back up the warranty.
Très beau concessionaire automobile . ALI était notre conseiller , il était très poli et courtois . Trés bon service . 🙂
