Very pleased with the service I received. I had an issue with super cruise not updating and another dealership couldn't get it fixed. Charlie took the time to listen and made sure he completely understood the issue. Even after we thought it may still not be updated, he took me to another vehicle to see if it had updated maps. On the way home I was surprised when my super cruise worked on all the updated roads! Two years of dealership visits later, it was fixed! Thanks for taking the time to understand my problem Charlie!
