Stopped by Polestar as I’m considering getting one of their EVs. Elia had great customer service, he answered all of my questions and I left having a very clear idea of what I wanted and the differences between models and options.
I just purchased a Certified Previously Owned Polestar 2, and the experience was excellent. I worked with Max. Max was very casual, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Although it's only Day 2, I'm also quite happy with the car. I would not hesitate recommending Max and the dealership, and so far would also recommend a Polestar for people buying electric.
Elia is friendly, polite, and answered my questions.
DO NOT BUY THE POLSTAR 3. It has been nothing but problems since day 1 of owning. Phones do not sync or connect via bluetooth, charging port is dead on Level 2 Home chargers, system reboots itself randomly while driving, sound decides to not turn on or suddenly makes really loud noise and then goes back to normal. The windows sometimes don't roll up or down on the first try. The lock mechanism on the door does nothing, doesn't work when you press the button.
