I just purchased a Certified Previously Owned Polestar 2, and the experience was excellent. I worked with Max. Max was very casual, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Although it's only Day 2, I'm also quite happy with the car. I would not hesitate recommending Max and the dealership, and so far would also recommend a Polestar for people buying electric.
Elia is friendly, polite, and answered my questions.
DO NOT BUY THE POLSTAR 3. It has been nothing but problems since day 1 of owning. Phones do not sync or connect via bluetooth, charging port is dead on Level 2 Home chargers, system reboots itself randomly while driving, sound decides to not turn on or suddenly makes really loud noise and then goes back to normal. The windows sometimes don't roll up or down on the first try. The lock mechanism on the door does nothing, doesn't work when you press the button. Excellent experience! I wasn’t expecting to get a Polestar; but I was having lunch near the Polestar “Space” (not dealership; not store) so I called and asked if I could take a look at a car. Elia was awesome, showed me how each feature was similar or different than my current car (Tesla), and about the aggressive lease program they had for Tesla owners.
