is anyone actually working here. I am calling their number since Friday last week and is complete silence. Not very professional
I test drove the Polestar 4 with Oliver (Port Melbourne), and the customer service has been above and beyond other car dealerships in the past. Since the test drive he helped me with car value calculations, options selection and even answered my messages after hours and on his day off - now that's customer service!
Oliver at Polestar Port Melb was brilliant to work with in purchasing and trading in cars. His willingness to assist, end to end, was so incredibly helpful and reassuring. Thank you for your excellent communication (always responsive and clear), general positive nature and ease of things. Great experience and also a great car (Polestar 4).
Left this review as there isn't a polestar perth. Bought a polestar 4 but there has been horrendous standards, from repeated delays in delivery, to a dent on a brand new car, followed by faulty fatigue sensor, rumbling noise, and creaking steering wheel. Non of which were fixed despite sending it into the workshop. Customer service and polestar network is absolutely disappointing. All polestar did was offered apologies and words of comfort via email. Absolute disgraceful luxury car standard.
