Update Dec2025. Went by to check out the P3 and P4 and Brightman was super helpful and friendly. I will be coming back for a test drive for sure. So far so good. Customer service has been amazing very helpful and always happy to answer all my questions! Picking up my P2 next week, looking forward to the handover! I'll update my review after that one ^-^

I test drove the Polestar 4 with Oliver (Port Melbourne), and the customer service has been above and beyond other car dealerships in the past. Since the test drive he helped me with car value calculations, options selection and even answered my messages after hours and on his day off - now that's customer service!
