We had a tire blowout on Long Island, and at first we were very upset to hear that our only option was to have our car towed to all the way to Polestar Manhattan. I made an appointment to service my P2 car here. They route you to a Volvo dealership nearby. At Volvo, it takes three weeks to make an appointment. Then it takes 72 hours for a technician to even see the car. Then the service begins. There is no loaner while your car is in service. They tried to book a Hertz rental, but none was available on the day of my appointment. Thankfully, my appointment was just a checkup.
