I made an appointment to service my P2 car here. They route you to a Volvo dealership nearby. At Volvo, it takes three weeks to make an appointment. Then it takes 72 hours for a technician to even see the car. Then the service begins. There is no loaner while your car is in service. They tried to book a Hertz rental, but none was available on the day of my appointment. Thankfully, my appointment was just a checkup. Impeccable service buying a CPO Polestar 2. From beginning to end Polestar Manhattan were helpful, responsive and made the whole process as easy as it could be (especially as I was buying from out of state (MA)). Absolutely delighted to have got the car I wanted, the Polestar 2 is just sensational. Recommended.
Terrible terrible service department. Firstly; they pick the car up and drive it and use up your mileage and then they don’t charge your vehicle enough for you to even get home. On another occasion, the car was towed to the dealership and the dealership rejected it because they didn’t have space, I own multiple cars from multiple brands, that is the first time I have ever heard that a dealer cannot accept a car because they don’t have space, bare in mind, this is all after a receptionist told me to get it towed to the dealer... read more
