Horrible rude staff
Failed on day 1, still being repaired 6 months on, awful customer service The new car broke down in less than 24hrs after delivery, beign completely disabled by a fault. This was 6 months ago and the car is still not repaired, and there is still no estimated repair date. Customer service have been appalling, they do not keep you up to date, and have still not provided me with an equivalant vehicle, only making promises they cannot deliver on. Called 4 times to attempt to purchase a used vehicle from them. Each time no-one calls you back. **Edit- noted Polestar’s response and promise to call back and resolve. Guess what- they didn’t call back. Don’t waste your time guys.
