Georgina was extremely helpful and patient with us; it was a pleasure to work with her and we would do so again. Daniel was also great, and he went out of his way to deliver everything requested and agreed upon. I walked into the dealership on a Friday to see a Polestar and I was told that it is impossible to test drive a car without an appointment. Which was odd, I'd never had a dealer tell me to pound sand like that before. Against my better judgment, I scheduled an appointment for the next Friday. When I arrived, the Polestar person was busy - but they were happy to pawn me off to a Volvo salesman. Looks like you don’t need an appointment after all.
