Communication Stopped. After delivery of my new lease, I needed follow support, it's been a week now and I still can't get a call with a manager. My wife lost her shoes in our ps2 trade in, we were promised tint for side windows, this is my first negative experience as a repeat customer...please contact me, I would be happy to remove this review if I can just get some service.
I stopped in to look at a Polestar 3. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed the test drive. The only car they had was a service loaner with about 3000 miles on it. He went to get a manager to tell me the price and he gave me the advertised price for a new Polestar 3. I protested since this car was not new and we all know that service loaners don't always get the best care from drivers, and he told me someone else would pay it because the car is in high demand and was done with me. DO NOT BUY A POLESTAR 3. If you are considering purchasing a Polestar, walk over to the service desk, ask them if they would spend their own money on a Polestar 3.
Georgina was extremely helpful and patient with us; it was a pleasure to work with her and we would do so again. Daniel was also great, and he went out of his way to deliver everything requested and agreed upon. We also met a very kind manager named Ryan who was passionate about the brands; his enthusiasm certainly influenced our decision to buy a Polestar 3. Thank you!
