My second experience with Polestar Ft. Lauderdale and Sebastian and the team were once again extremely helpful and great to work with. Turnover was quick and easy and we couldn’t be happier with our new Polestar 4. Highly recommend this space and to test drive the new models (Polestar 3 and 4), perfect blend of performance and refined design.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from polestar. Car software is very laggy and customer service does not exist. Not through the deal, not through the corporate.
I cannot recommend Polestar based on our experience. Our vehicle has suffered multiple electrical issues, including a dangerous mid-road breakdown. We are only two years into our loan, and quite possibly, we have spent more time driving a loaner or rental than our own vehicle. Repairing these issues is a slow process because parts aren't stocked domestically, and the "luxury" service experience is non-existent.
