Do yourself a favor and stay away from polestar. Car software is very laggy and customer service does not exist. Not through the deal, not through the corporate.

I cannot recommend Polestar based on our experience. Our vehicle has suffered multiple electrical issues, including a dangerous mid-road breakdown. We are only two years into our loan, and quite possibly, we have spent more time driving a loaner or rental than our own vehicle. Repairing these issues is a slow process because parts aren't stocked domestically, and the "luxury" service experience is non-existent. Very disappointed with Polestar Fort Lauderdale due to poor communication. My 2022 Polestar 2 was towed in on Saturday for a rear tire replacement after a nail was found in the tire. I called three times that day to confirm whether they could inspect and replace it. Each time I was told the service advisor was busy and would call me back, but I never received a call.
