Fixed the one issue quickly and ordered part for the other. Provided me a loner car while they worked on mine. Clifton at the desk is friendly and even gives out his cell phone number to call him with and questions or updates.

Clifton was excellent; super professional, courteous. and made everything easy (the complete opposite of when I had a Tesla and dealt with their terrible customer service). Do yourself a favor. If you're considering a Polestar... don't. I have had horrible service and they are not on the same level as the other brands. Get yourself a Lexus, BMW, or Mercedes. Stay away from 3rd tier players... if Eric Schmidt the Polestar and head of used cars sales is involved make sure you ask for everything upfront & in writing. He's an absolute legend of being poor customer service ambassador. Or just go somewhere where they hire managers who are better at dealing with the public.
